Do you accept returns?

Damaged products will be replaced. See below.

Do you accept returns of original paintings?

I allow for a 5 day consignment period to "try out" the painting if bought online. If not satisfied then the piece can be returned.  Please use the same shipping materials when returning the piece. Shipping costs must be covered by the client when returning the piece. 

Do you provide discounts to designers?

Yes. Designers with a resale certificate receive 20% off retail. Coupon code will be supplied once proof of certificate and business license is supplied. 

Can I request a custom sized original painting?

Yes! However, as my style is abstract, it is not possible to reproduce one piece exactly as is, for a buyer. But, I can work with you in a collaborative manner to meet your size and colour preferences.   I may create two pieces and ask the client which they prefer when I am part way through.  Or, I will provide a photo of the work in progress, and allow two revisions after the initial piece is presented in a jpg.  I generally can complete a commission within a 3- 8 week time frame.  Please contact cheriedaly17@gmail.com for information on pricing and lead times.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Whenever possible, hand delivery or pick up is preferred.  However, for longer distances, originals will be packaged in bubble wrap, styrofoam, paper or bubble padding and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.  If damaged during shipping, costs of return shipping will be reimbursed and the piece will be replaced or a refund will be offered. Shipping originals can be done with UPS, Canada Post, or Fed Ex. Notification will be sent once the piece is sent. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

If an original is damaged, then please send me a jpg of the damage (cheriedaly17@gmail.com) . Shipping costs will be reimbursed for the return of the original piece. The piece will be repaired, if possible, or another piece will be created to replace the damaged painting. If you decide that you do not want to replace the piece, a total refund will be supplied. It is also possible to purchase another piece from the inventory to replace the damaged piece.
